Once you have scheduled an appointment, I will provide you with a link to a HIPPA-compliant and electronically encrypted software portal. This client portal allows you to complete the necessary paperwork online while at the same time maximizes your security.  Once you are set up in the portal you may click the link below to update your information, schedule or cancel appointments, and make payments.
