My strengths-based approach is grounded in the principles of self-compassion, self-awareness, mindfulness, courage, vulnerability and shame-resilience and stems from my certification in The Daring Way™ and Rising Strong programs (curriculum and research by Dr. Brené Brown).  I also employ evidence-based Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Couples Therapy Certification with The Gottman Institute.
